How to register your brand?

We will send our bank account number in 24 hours by email. Our business day start from 8.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m in West Indonesia Time (WIB) on Monday to Saturday. We close on sunday and national holiday. You can send your questions by email.

Please transfer the cost of brand registration to our bank account and please send evidence of transfer soon. Your transfer will be received to our bank account on 2 until 4 business days. We will inform you soon after getting your transfer.

One day after receiving your transfer, you will be asked to fill the registrant’s data, please send your brand logo and registrant’s passport by email.

We will make your brand registration documents in English and Indonesia Language according to your data given and it will be sent by email.

Please print and sign the brand registration documents. After signing those documents, please scan in color scanner and email the scanned documents.

The registration process will be done in 7 business days after we get the signed document. One day after, we will send the evidence of brand registration.

Once approved by the Director General of intellectual Property Right of Indonesia, the brand certificate will be issued by the Director General of intellectual Property Right of Indonesia around 3 years since date of registration and then we will send the scanned brand certificate by email soon after receiving your brand certificate from the Director General of intellectual Property Right of Indonesia.

Process of publishing brand certificate cannot be accelerated. It is 100% authority of the Director General of intellectual Property Right of Indonesia. Consultant does not have authority to approve or reject the brand registration and also publish brand certificate. As a consultant, our primary duty is only checking and registering your brand to trademark office of Indonesia.
